Terms of Service
1. Service and provider
These terms govern the use of auwo prices at prices.auwo.ai: a service that reads the public product pages of shops you have added, records their prices and sends you a report of the changes (the “Service”). The Service is provided by Vaklin Stoynovski, Burgas, Bulgaria, under the auwo brand. Contact: audit@auwo.ai.
2. Plans and limits
- Free: up to 5 addresses, one report a day (06:00 Bulgarian time) by email.
- Paid: up to 50 addresses, three reports a day (06:00, 12:00, 18:00), Telegram alerts and CSV export. Payment is not switched on yet; until then only requests are accepted.
- We may change the limits to keep the Service available to everyone. The current limits are shown in the Service.
3. Acceptable use
- Add only publicly accessible pages that you are not prohibited from reading, and only for your own price comparison.
- The Service respects each site’s robots.txt. If a site disallows reading, the page will not be read and you cannot override that.
- Do not use the Service to overload other sites, collect personal data, or violate the law or third-party rights.
- Do not circumvent limits or test the security of the system without permission.
4. Your data
- You are responsible for the addresses and data you enter.
- You keep all rights to what you enter. We use it only to provide the Service.
- How we process personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Accuracy
Reading pages is automated and may contain errors: sites change, show different prices to different visitors and sometimes hide the price. Check the shop’s page before making decisions about prices, orders or contracts.
6. Availability
The Service is provided “as is”. We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that a report will arrive at the exact hour. We may change or discontinue features.
7. Intellectual property
The software, design and the auwo brand belong to the provider. You receive only the rights needed to use the Service.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or losses arising from decisions made on the basis of the reports. This does not limit liability for intent or gross negligence, or your statutory rights.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and ask for your account to be deleted at any time at audit@auwo.ai. We may restrict access for breach of these terms, abuse, or where the law requires.
10. Governing law
Bulgarian law applies. Disputes go to the competent Bulgarian court, unless the law provides otherwise.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version and its date are always on this page.
